The event will be held on Sunday, November 24 at the Baldwin Theatre/Stagecrafters, 415 South Lafayette Avenue, Royal Oak, MI 48067, located in downtown Royal Oak at Fifth and Lafayette Street.  The VIP reception begins at 5:00 p.m., doors open at 6:00 p.m. and the program starts at 6:30 p.m.

The fundraising event is inspired from the #1 international mega hit song “You Brought the Sunshine” by The Clark Sisters.  The remake video of “Sunshine” with Larry Callahan & Selected of God and the Deaf Dynamic Praise Choir of San Francisco is a groundbreaking video—marking the first time the gospel music industry and the deaf and the hearing impaired communities have joined forces on a powerful and inspired music project.  The video will be unveiled at the event and on the Word Network at 8:00 p.m. ET. The video premiere alongside a 30-minute television special.

The “Sunshine” video will also be included on D-PAN’s forthcoming DVD release It’s Everybody’s Music, Volume 2, which will be released this fall to the deaf and hearing audiences worldwide.  Proceeds from the event will benefit D-PAN and The Way Academy’s Detroit Campus.
