Bishop T.D. Jakes will be honored at the 2013 BET Honors Award Ceremony. Bishop Jakes will receive recognition for his outstanding working in ministry and for being one of the most influential faith leaders this generation has seen.
BET Honors highlights African-Americans performing at top levels in the areas of music, literature, entertainment, education and more. The show will be recorded at the Warner Theater in Washington, D.C. on January 12th, it airs on TV on February 11th.
