Multiple Stellar Award-Winning Gospel Singer and Worship Leader, VaShawn Mitchell, sent out a personal message to all his fans and supporters. In the message he thanks everyone who attended his live recording and those who watched online via live stream. He also addresses the negative people that were making unnecessary comments in the chat room of the live stream.
I watched the live recording on the live stream and saw firsthand some of the irrelevant, derogatory comments people were making. However, even those silly comments couldn’t take away from the fact the VaShawn put on an amazing show! Check out his message below:
Dear Friends,
On Monday, April 30th, the Lord allowed me to release a sound that I believe is purposefully CREATED 4 THIS generation.
Along with a fantastic group of singers, musicians and some very special guests; Kierra Sheard, Israel Houghton and Fantasia & Diane Barrino we tapped into an intimate place of worship.
If you attended or watched via live stream I want to thank you for supporting my live recording.
As I continue this exciting ministry journey I realize that even in the midst of great moments there may be distractions that will try to take us off course, however, I choose to stay the course, focusing on the ultimate destination; the changing of lives. With that said and with the destination in focus, I would be remise if I didn’t acknowledge and offer my sincere apologize for the inappropriate comments you may have experienced during the recording in the chat room. Although we initially felt the chat room would provide a space for supporters and friends to share, we later discovered it also opened a door to distractors.
Once again, thank you so much for your support and I look forward to sharing with each of you in the days to come as I continue spreading the Gospel with love and in peace.
