This year’s 2nd Annual Prayze Factor People’s Choice Awards honored works from top independent performers in Gospel Music taking place in Birmingham, Alabama on Saturday, April 27. Dr. Teresa Jordan “Pastor T” of the Prayzefest Gospel Hour Show and Omega George of ATM Records Co-hosted the evening’s festivities, which awarded New Worship Artist Stephen B. Steward with three trophies for Prayze Factor People’s Choice Grand Champion Award, Best Praise and Worship Artist and Best Contemporary Christian Artist.
Additionally, Stephen B. Steward took to the stage to perform two songs from his forthcoming highly anticipated debut project, ENTER YOUR GATES, slated to release later this year.
Stephen B. Steward performed “Sing Alleluia” and his rising radio single “With My Whole Heart”. The latter was co-written by Stephen B. Steward and GRAMMY® Award-winning artist and gospel music legend Andrae Crouch and is currently #62 on Billboard Top Gospel Singles Chart and gaining momentum.
ENTER YOUR GATES is already shaping up to be the praise and worship event of 2013. In order to prepare audiences for what’s to come on the collection, Stephen B. Steward recently performed his single on high profile television networks and events including, WATC 57 Atlanta Live, WACH Fox 57’s The Jeffrey Lampkin Show, Nashville’s CBS News Channel 5 Issues of Faith with Ben Hall and various events during the 28th Annual Stellar Gospel Music Awards weekend among many more.
