Legendary Gospel artist Karen Clark Sheard is all set for an incredible year! Two months into 2011 finds her on top of the world as a GRAMMY Award nominee, a Stellar award winner, and now the buzz is building on the video release of her smash-hit single “He Knows,” featuring Dorinda Clark Cole. The popular song from the successful GRAMMY nominated album, “All In One”, answers the questions many people ponder on whether God knows about their daily struggles. The video comes on the heels of Karen’s recent honor of being named the Stellar Awards’ first-ever Albertina Walker Female Vocalist of the Year.
“It’s an honor to be the first to receive “The Albertina Walker Female Vocalist of the Year Award,” Clark Sheard rejoiced. “She was one of the first along with that famous group, to pave the way for artists like my sisters and myself, and we are eternally grateful for her hard work which inspires me to keep going!”
“He Knows” is a favorite on both gospel and urban radio. The hypnotic, urban-flavored ballad was written by Kendall Hunter, J Moss (Clark Sheard’s cousin), And Paul Allen. The song was produce by PAJAM (Paul Allen & JMoss). The video was produced by Tia Smith (Talented Sol Productions) and directed by Bobby Yan.
The video can be found online at the link below and will be in rotation during popular Gospel video programming.
