Week of September 28, 2013 Billboard Top Gospel Albums Chart: Derek Minor Debuts at #1 with New Album “Minorville”

Christian Rapper Derek Minor debuts at #1 with his new album Minorville, causing Tye Tribbett’s Greater Than to drop to #2. Best Days by Tamela Mann drops to #3, while Deitrick Haddon’s R.E.D. drops to #4, after debuting at #1 last week. Tasha Cobbs drops to #5 with Grace, but Isaac Carree’s Reset makes a small jump to #6. Hezekiah Walker’s Azusa: The Next Generation takes the #7 spot while Keith Williams debuts at #8 with his current project, Tone For Worship. Kerry Douglas’ compilation album Gospel Mix VI holds on to #9 and Larry Callahan & Selected of God re-enters the top 10 at #10 with The Evolution ll.
