Week Of September 24, 2011 Billboards Top Gospel Albums Chart: Le’Andria Johnson Debuts At #1

Le’Andria Johnson, winner of BET’s Sunday Best Season 3, takes the #1 spot this week with her debut album, The Awakening of Le’Andria Johnson.  Kirk Franklin, former #1 spot holder, follows at #2, with Hello Fear. Isaac Carree is still in the top three this week with his debut album, Uncommon Me at #3.

WOW Gospel 2011, a compilation album by Various Artists is #4, followed by Dorinda Clark-Cole’s I Survived at #5. After five weeks on the chart, Donald Lawrence & Co.’s YRM drops to #6, followed by Mary Mary’s Something Big at #7.

Earnest Pugh’s Earnestly Yours drops two spots to #8 this week, followed by PRo’s Dying To Live at #9. Marvin Sapp’s Playlist: The Very Best Of Marvin Sapp closes out the top 10 at #10.
