Week of December 03, 2011 Billboard Top Gospel Albums Chart: William McDowell Holds On To The #1 Spot For Another Week

This week William McDowell is #1 again with his new album, Arise: The Live Worship Experience. Sunday Best winner, Le’Andria Johnson is #2 after 11 weeks on the chart with her debut album, The Awakening of Le’Andria Johnson.  Gospel veteran, Kirk Franklin, who is currently wrapping up his Fearless Tour, is #3 this week with his album, Hello Fear.

Isaac Carree, another artist on the Fearless Tour, is #4 with his debut solo album, Uncommon Me. Sunday Best finalist, Jessica Reedy, remains at #5 with her debut album, From The Heart. Maurette Brown Clark’s Sound Of Victory is #6, followed by LeCrae’s Rehab at #7, after being on the chart for 60 weeks.

Kierra Sheard is #8 this week with her album, Free, which is her first record on her family’s label, Karew Records. WOW Gospel 2011, a compilation album, is #9 followed by Marvin Sapp’s Playlist: The very Best Of Marvin Sapp at #10, which happens to be this week’s greatest gainer.
