Week of August 18, 2012 Billboard Top Gospel Albums Chart: J. Moss Debuts at #1, Le’Andria and Amber Re-Enter Top 10

This week we have a few major changes to the top 10 on the chart. First, J. Moss debuts at #1 with V4… The Other Side of Victory, making it his third consecutive album to do so. Then, Le’Andria Johnson re-enters the top 10 with two separate albums.

The Awakening of Le’Andria Johnson jumps 16 spots from #23 to #7, and The Evolution of Le’Andria Johnson jumps 19 spots from #29 to #10. Congratulations to Le’Andria, her upcoming album will be in stores soon!

Another surprise on the chart is Amber Bullock’s So In Love re-entering the top 10, jumping from #21 to #9. Mary Mary’s Go Get It remains at #2 followed by WOW Gospel 2012 jumping from #5 to #3. Weight and Glory by KB drops to #4 after debuting at #1 a few weeks ago.

Marvin Sapp also takes a dive on the chart, dropping to #5 with I Win. Charles Jenkins & Fellowship Chicago’s The Best of Both Worlds remains at #6 and James Fortune & FIYA’s Identity remains at #8.
