As we all know, Oxygen has a new faith-based reality series on the way. Preachers of L.A. gives a candid and revealing look at six boldly different and world renowned mega-pastors, Deitrick Haddon, Bishop Noel Jones, Bishop Clarence McClendon, Pastor Wayne Chaney, Bishop Ron Gibson, and Pastor Jay Haizlip, in Southern California.

These distinguished men of Christ were willing to share diverse aspects of their lives, from their work in the community and with their parishioners to the very large and sometimes provocative lives they lead away from the pulpit.

I think it’s going to be an interesting show just like the First Ladies. I hope that everyone receives this show the way that it is put out. What I mean is that Pastors are people too. They are human and the devil goes after them just as much as they go after every other child of God, except maybe more. I am looking forward to this show. I really enjoyed the First Ladies and wish it had renewed for another season. I really would like to know how these ladies and their relationships are doing now.

First ladies was a horrible show and does not represent first ladies but compromising women of their own faith. Deitrick Haddon disgusts me point blank. Folks always want to bring God down to their level instead of coming up to His standards. How can you lead if you have not yet submitted to God’s leadership. That’s rebellion and compromise and God is not in that. Furthermore, how can you preach with your pants sagging in the pulpit? The devil is a liar. If you came before the president you would be dressed elegantly, sharp and respectful. Isn’t God greater. Again people want God to come down to their standards which is a form of disobedience. We are to submit to God and His standards not God submit to ours. Well, this is the last days of Reprobate minds because of disobedience.
