On July 27, 2013, Urban Roundup Group, LLC’s uGospel Radio, an online radio station that broadcasts the best in Gospel music, received the award for Internet Radio Station of the Year at the 2013 Rhythm of Gospel Awards. With over 1,000 potential nominees submitted, the 2013 Rhythm of Gospel Awards selection committee nominated and compiled the very best candidates per category. After the nominees were announced, fans voted online for a winner in each category. uGospel Radio, which also made the first round ballot for the 2013 Stellar Awards, launched in March of 2012
