The Gospel group Soul Tempo is a native of New Haven, Connecticut but they are no strangers to their neighboring state New York. Throughout their career, they have performed on various platforms in New York City including, the Apollo Theatre and Radio City Music Hall.
The time has come once again and Soul Tempo will be hitting the New York City pavement July 28th-29th for promotional appearances. Soul Tempo group members, Jeremiah Brunson, Anthony Burnette, Phillip Mitchell and Kevin Mitchell are excited about their New York City journey.
One of their stops will be on July 29th at Zoe Ministries with Bishop E. Bernard Jordan to minister music from their upcoming release. Soul Tempo has a special connection with Bishop Jordan and Zoe Ministries because of the many special relationships developed through this ministry. Soul Tempo’s initial meeting with Joseph “Rev. Run” Simmons happened at Zoe Ministries along with several others.
Soul Tempo’s stop at Zoe Ministries will be a great follow up to their recent TBN “Praise the Lord” taping which was hosted by Bishop Weeden in Akron, OH. While on TBN, they ministered the songs, “Trust in God”, “Christian Automobile” and “The Lord Prayer”.
The group has received great reviews about their TBN performance and the news has traveled fast to New York and their home state, Connecticut. As the tempo increases for this phenomenal group, they are taking it all in stride and keeping God at the forefront.
Their upcoming project, Trust In God will be available online and in stores September 4, 2012.
