“JOY,” is the first single off Mitchell’s forthcoming album, SECRET PLACE which was recorded live in Johannesburg, South Africa. The extraordinary concert was the culmination event of Mitchell’s groundbreaking conference “The Call.”
Recorded earlier this year at the famed Mosaic Teatro Fairbanks in Johannesburg, the concert incorporated the beauty, power and sounds of South Africa with the prominent sound of worship that has become Mitchell’s signature. The live atmosphere and energy from the South African audience reflected the globalization of Gospel music and unifying power of worship.
