Helen Graham Spears, mother of Grammy nominated singer Kim Burrell, passed away at age 70 after losing an aggressive battle with Cancer. Mother Helen was diagnosed as recent as September with the disease. She leaves to mourn four children, Karen Jordan, Kevin Jordan, Kim Burrell and Kathryn Burrell along with 10 grandchildren.
Mother Helen was known as being an amazing teacher, an author, preacher and encourager. This coming weekend is Ephesians 4 Conference, founded by Kim Burrell, which will incorporate Mother Helen’s celebration of life service. We send our condolences to everyone hurt by this tragic loss.
