Motown Gospel recording artist Tasha Cobbs’ album, Grace, this week moves up to #4 on Billboard’s Top Gospel Albums chart. The hit praise and worship anthem, “Break Every Chain” jumped four spots to #3 on Billboard’s Hot Gospel Songs chart. Grace is produced by multiple award-winning recording artist VaShawn Mitchell.
In addition to the Break Every Chain Promotional Tour across the country, Cobbs will be a featured performer on the upcoming season of BET’s Sunday Best, the Full Gospel Conference in Louisville, KY (July 4), the ESSENCE Music Festival in New Orleans, LA (Sunday, July 5-7), and MegaFest in Dallas, TX (August 29-31).
To celebrate the gospel music success of Cobbs, the City of Jesup, GA will declare May 15 as Tasha Cobbs Day. The event will take place at Jesup New Life Ministries, 512 Walker Street, Jesup, GA. Cobbs recently made at successful in-store appearance at DBS Sounds in Atlanta, GA and was a guest on Rickey Smiley Morning Show.
