Montell Jordan and Victory World Music (VWM) are expanding the marketing team in support of the popular album, Shake Heaven. Chris Hauser/Hauser Promotions started working the single at AC radio earlier this month, and immediately there were 2 early adds from HIS Radio Network and WQME/Indianapolis-Anderson, IN. The song is also picking up adds with such major stations as The Fish/Cleveland, OH, WFRN/South Bend, IN, WHPZ/South Bend, IN, and WAFJ/Augusta, GA, where listener response has been very positive. At the same time, Lucid Artist will be overseeing nationwide retail distribution on the current project and the upcoming live album with bonus DVD. Already, Lucid has the project confirmed for placement at Family Christian stores December 11th, 2012.
“The single Shake Heaven is definitely shaking up some programmers around the Christian AC format as they dig in and get to know the song better,” says Hauser. “After huge testing in Atlanta, GA and Springfield, MO earlier this year, we’ve had strong early response at some of the biggest AC stations/networks around the country. The song is connecting with listeners, so a number of other high-profile AC outlets are looking seriously at Shake Heaven!”

Jordan is also staying very active with his career, between serving as Worship Leader at Victory World Church in Atlanta, GA. In June, Jordan took part with the Forward Conference Atlanta with over 13,000 attendees, appeared on Kevin and Taylor In The Morning on 104.7 The Fish Atlanta in August, performed with Victory World Music at Celebrate Freedom Atlanta on September 1, and co-hosted the morning show at 104.7 The Fish on September 10.
Also in September, Jordan headed to Orlando for Momentum 2012 to shake the hands and show support for Christian radio programmers from around the country who are attending the event. While in Orlando, Jordan had a full day of media on Friday, September 7th that included; live performance on the nationally syndicated morning show, Daily Buzz, performance with nationally syndicated morning show, Daytime, taped interview with Campus Crusade for Christ radio shows, Women Today and Lighthouse Report, and another interview with Charisma Magazine that will run in the December issue.
