Tareo “Focus” Johnson (Manager of Uncle Reece) launches his Artist Management and Consulting Firm SeaQ Management, and adds new signees to his stellar roster.

Many people have witnessed the success of Hip Hop/Urban-Gospel artist Uncle Reece. Most people think, “Man this kid came out of nowhere!” However, in two short years Uncle Reece has influenced platforms such as the McDonald’s Gospel Tour, the Essence Festival, and the Billboard charts with two top twenty singles and a top ten album release with his debut project “Bold”. However, there is a man behind this machine and his name is Tareo “Focus” Johnson, CEO and founder of SeaQ Management.

“SeaQ is a great company to work with. They are professional, work hard for their clients and are always responsive to their industry partners. They were also instrumental in helping Uncle Reece build the platform he has. Their business knowledge, attention to detail, and spiritual alertness are all a breath of fresh air,” says DJ Wade-O.

As the music industry evolves and the traditional major label model fades, artists desire a more “DIY” (Do It Yourself) independent approach when it comes to navigating the business end of their careers. “At SeaQ Management, we offer artists the freedom to just do art, and we take the product they create to the masses. Our mission is to add feet to your vision” says CEO, Tareo “Focus” Johnson.
