Complementing the churchy, up-tempo praise song is a spirited music video directed by the talented L.A.-based director Angel Orellana. Portions of the video were recorded at Amazing Grace Outreach Ministries in Los Angeles, pastored by Bishop Curtis Gadson and Evangelist Debbie Givens Gadson and Christian Love Baptist Church in Irvington, New Jersey, pastored by Rev. Ron Christian. The “I Feel Good, I Look Good, I’m God Good” music video includes cameos from some of today’s top stars in the world of entertainment including Will Smith, Quincy Jones, Donnie McClurkin, Anthony Anderson, Common and a slew of others.

The grandson of a Baptist preacher, Paul Anthony has always had a spiritual foundation. On every Full Force record, Full Force included a Gospel song, indicative of the group’s spiritual upbringing. But Paul’s faith was tested in 2006. Always a health and fitness enthusiast who has inspired fellow artists, actors and pro athletes for over 30 years, Paul was blindsided by a diagnosis of Mantle Cell Lymphoma, an incurable blood cancer. After many intense chemotherapy treatments with a rigorous mental and physical routine, the disease ultimately went into remission. Six years after that diagnosis, he was again knocked off his feet with two threatening diseases, Myelodyplastic Syndrome and Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Once Paul received the devastating news, his brother Lou, who is a perfect 10/10 match, was called to come to the rescue as a bone marrow donor.
Lou says, “I was told that only 30% of siblings are a donor match. Even with the risks that were involved on my end, I knew I had been given an amazing opportunity to help my brother. There is no way on earth that I could not donate. I remember Paul telling me, ‘Man, you’re giving me life, so I want you to feel and be miraculous because together we will make miracles happen! So walk like it’s already done!’”. With the bone marrow transplant, Paul is now in remission and lives a normal life. Paul’s testimony was recently recounted in a record-breaking segment of TV One’s “Unsung” about Full Force and to be further seen next year in the first ever debut of TV One’s “Unsung Revisited”.
With the health challenges behind him, his faith has grown. He is a strong believer of the mind, body and spirit connection. The health trials spurred him to start The Paul Anthony Live Life/Give Life Foundation, a program dedicated towards educating, empowering and helping Cancer Survivors become Cancer Champions. With a goal of bringing awareness of those suffering with blood cancers and encouraging bone marrow donation, Paul wants to enlighten others and share knowledge of these diseases from a scientific, holistic, nutritional, mental, spiritual and physical approach. The Paul Anthony Foundation is a charitable program proudly aligned with The Leukemia/Lymphoma Society and fiscally sponsored by United Charitable Programs (UCP) a 501(c)(3), 509(a)(1) Charity Organization. More information can be found about The Paul Anthony Foundation at www.palivelife.org.
In addition to looking to bring their Gospel/Inspirational performances to concert halls and churches nationwide, Lou and Paul will be hosting “The Successful Journey To Black Entrepreneurship” Events. Presented by Favor1LLC and The Paul Anthony Foundation, these black tie galas in selected cities honor entrepreneurs who have made a positive impact in their cities and communities.
“To me, this foundation and the song are my autobiography,” says Paul. “I want to do everything in my power to make sure that I am purposeful, helping others to understand that the music is just an apparatus to do what I am called to do, which is to spread love through the word of God as much as possible.”
The song has caught the attention of many in the music industry. Here is what celebrities are saying about Paul Anthony, Full Force and the new song:
“Doing a cameo in the Inspirational video by Full Force, Faith Evans & Sheila E., and being asked to put my hand over my heart then pointing to the sky to praise GOD was one of the easiest things I ever had to do. I love Full Force.” – Donnie McClurkin
“I love and respect those musical brothers in Full Force and Paul Anthony is a Champion.” – Kirk Franklin
“Those Full Force guys did such a great job in the late 80’s producing James Brown’s album that it is no surprise that their spiritual side shows their Gospel music soul.” – Rev. Al Sharpton
“Jesus hasn’t changed. You are truly blessed…” – Dodie Osteen, Joel Osteen’s Mother and fellow Cancer Champion
“Praise God for Full Force. Once Lou from Full Force approached me to participate on this great inspirational song and video by Full Force, I could not turn him down, especially when I found out that the project was dedicated to Paul Anthony and his Cancer Champion Initiative. I feel good, I look good, and I’m God good with Full Force. They are my brothers.” – Faith Evans
“Being that I am a spiritual person by nature, it was a no brainer to participate in such a positive God-given song that Full Force crafted. I’m so proud to be a part of their project.” – Sheila E.
“I so respect Full Force and Paul, not just the music but for the sharing of your personal challenge to help others”. – Magic Johnson
“It’s a blessing and an honor to know you Brothers. May God keep you…” – Pastor A.R. Bernard, Christian Cultural Center, Brooklyn, New York
