Week of October 8, 2011 Billboard Top Gospel Songs Chart: Earnest Pugh, Gospel Music’s New Leading Man, Takes #1 Spot

In the world of radio, Earnest Pugh’s I Need Your Glory jumps to #1, after 20 weeks on the chart. I Smile by Kirk Franklin drops one spot to #2, following is Nobody Greater by VaShawn Mitchell at #3, after an astounding 62 weeks on the chart.

Be Still by Yolanda Adams jumps three spots to #4 this week, followed by Trin-i-tee 5:7 featuring PJ Morton’s Over & Over at #5. Isaac Carree’s In The Middle, off his debut album Uncommon Me, remains at #6 this week, followed by Marvin Sapp’s He Has His Hands On You at #7.

Spiritual by Donald Lawrence & Co. jumps one spot to #8, with Deitrick Haddon’s Well Done close behind at #9. Finally, closing out the top 10 is My Heart Says Yes by Troy Sneed at #10.
