Week of May 05, 2012 Billboard Top Gospel Albums Chart: Marvin Sapp Returns to #1, Jessica Reedy Re-Enters Top 10

This week on Billboard Marvin Sapp takes back the #1 spot with I Win, forcing Trip Lee’s The Good Life to #2, after debuting at #1 last week. Also, Jessica Reedy re-enters the top 10 with her debut album From The Heart at #10.

WOW Gospel 2012 is still going strong at #3, followed by Fred Hammond’s God, Love & Romance jumping to #4.

J.J. Hairston & Youthful Praise’s After This drops to #5 after their 4th week on the chart. Arise: The Live Worship Experience, William McDowell’s latest project, is #6 followed by James Fortune & FIYA with Identity at #7.

Smokie Norful appears to be slowly dropping out of the top 10. After debuting at #4, his album, Once In A Lifetime, is now #8, followed by Isaac Carree with his debut solo album, Uncommon Me, at #9.
