Week of January 12, 2013 Billboard Top Gospel Songs Chart: Israel and New Breed Take the #1 Spot With “It’s Not Over”

In the world of radio, the top 5 songs on Billboard have all flip-flopped from their positions last week. The new #1 song is It’s Not Over by Israel & New Breed, followed by John P. Kee’s Life and Favor jumping to #2.

Tamela Mann drops to #3 after 32 weeks on the chart with Take Me To The King. The church anthem, Awesome by Pastor Charles Jenkins drops to #4, followed by James Fortune’s Hold On at #5.

The remaining songs on the top 10 all keep their same positions as last week. Shifting The Atmosphere by Jason Nelson remains #6 and Testimony by Anthony Brown & group therAPy is still #7.

The final three songs on the chart this week are Turning Around For Me by VaShawn Mitchell at #8, Let The Church Say Amen by Andrae Crouch at #9 and God’s Up To Something Good by Hart Ramsey at #10.
