Pastor Donnie McClurkin used social cam to thank everyone who gave their condolences and prayers in regard to the passing of his mother, Frances, this past Friday. Donnie says he, and his family, knew his mother was sick since the prior Sunday, and that God would soon take her. However, losing a parent is always a heavy-hearted situation that’s hard for anyone.
Donnie thanked those who reached out to him during his time of mourning, from Mary Mary to Kirk Franklin and everyone else he holds close to his heart. He also gave details of Frances’ homegoing service, which will be held this Friday, January 25, 2013 at The Great Allen Cathedral in Jamaican Queens, NY at 7 pm EST. We send our prayers to Donnie and his family as we know this is a difficult time for them all.
At the end of the video, Donnie shares his opinion on who should have performed at the 28th Annual Stellar Awards to make it a perfect show. Check out the video below.
