The Clark Sisters Nominated for NAACP Image Award for “Outstanding Gospel/Christian Song” Inbox

It was announced today that 2x Grammy Award-winning group The Clark Sisters, have been nominated for “Outstanding Gospel/Traditional Song (Traditional or Contemporary)” at the 51st Annual NAACP Image Awards! This is the first NAACP Image Award nomination for the group in their 40+ years of music. “Victory” is the first single from the groups upcoming album to be released on Karew Entertaintment/Motown Gospel.

The 51st Annual NAACP Image Awards will air live from Los Angeles, CA on Saturday, February 22, 2020.

Born and raised in Detroit, MI., The Clark Sisters are a legendary and iconic Gospel music group comprised of sisters Jacky Clark Chisholm, Elbernita “Twinkie” Clark Terrell, Dorinda Clark Cole, and Karen Clark Sheard. The daughters of renowned Gospel musician and choral director, Mattie Moss Clark, they have been singing and performing together since 1966.
