Rodney Douglas, Jr. Delivers Debut EP HOW I MADE IT and “Glory” Single

Rodney Douglas is a bright, young, anointed singer and songwriter who started singing and serving in ministry at his home church Greater New Covenant Church of God In Christ where his father Superintendent Rodney Douglas, Sr. is Pastor.   This preachers kid has been writing and perfecting his talents over the years and made his first entry into the Gospel music industry in 2014 with a single “All The Glory”.  Fast forward to 2018 where we find Rodney as a fine tuned artist with his debut album/EP release HOW I MADE IT.

Rodney’s HOW I MADE IT EP is available now on all digital music outlets and is produced by Michael “Rill” Whitfield, Jr.  Rodney penned all songs on the EP and duets with St. Louis based vocalist Christina C. Bell on the song “One In A Million”.  His “Glory” single, produced by Josh Mayfield, is a beautiful worship ballad that showcases his heart and passion for music and ministry.

“This is my first body of work,” Rodney shares.  “These are songs of healing that God gave me to help me through some of my toughest trials over the last few years. I believe that the release of my EP is timely based on the current state of our world.”

Rodney released HOW I MADE IT as an indie artist and in partnership with his management team C-Note Entertainment founded by husband and wife team Craig and Toni Towns.  “Rodney is a young, energetic, ‘COGIC Baby’, lover of God’s people and most of all a worshipper.   He has made a huge impact in the area of Praise & Worship in the Midwest region and now throughout the country,” shares Toni Towns of C-Note Entertainment.

“Rodney’s level of musicality is just as important as his love for music no matter the genre,” says Craig Towns of C-Note Entertainment.  “He prides himself on presenting his music and ministry in excellence and giving God his best.  These are among the reasons why we (C-Note Entertainment) signed Rodney.”

To celebrate his debut EP, Rodney will host an album release concert on November 18 at Gateway Area Bible Fellowship Apostolic Church, 85 Water Street, Cahokia, IL 62206.  Rodney’s concert will start at 5PM and is free to the public.
