Robert E. Person Expands His Soulful Sessions Radio Show To 2 hours On uGospel Radio and Celebrates 100th Episode

Robert E. Person is a multiple award-winning vocalist, songwriter, and actor who has expanded his artistic brand to include radio personality.  His Soulful Sessions Radio Show is now heard across the globe on the Stellar Award-Winning Internet  Radio platform uGospel.com.

Robert started his Soulful Sessions Radio Show in 2017 as a 30-minute segment featuring independent Gospel and Jazz music.  It has now grown to a 2-hour show of indie music along with today’s top Gospel, Jazz, and Urban inspirational hits and artists.  On Saturday, November 16, Robert will be celebrating his expanded time slot and the 100th episode of his thriving, inspiring and engaging radio broadcast.

“It’s been an honor having Robert as a part of the uGospel Radio Family,” says Khalif M. Townes, Owner of uGospel.com.  “His show brings a lot of energy to weekend programming that you do not usually find on radio. We are so glad to be extending his show to a 2-hour format!”

Acclaimed singer, music educator and radio personality Ronnette Harrison is on tap as Robert’s special guest for the 100th episode this Saturday.  Other surprise guests and giveaways are also scheduled.

About Robert E. Person:  Robert is an award-winning vocalist, songwriter, actor and radio personality.  He has sung to sold-out crowds at the famous Blues Alley in Washington, DC, toured with multi-platinum selling pop music icon Josh Groban (over 30 million albums/DVD’s sold worldwide), and has sung for Pope Francis on his historic visit to the United States in 2015.

He is decorated with multiple independent music awards including the 2019 IRAA Award for Traditional Male Vocalist of the Year Award for his current album CLASSIC COVERS, three 2016 Rhythm of Gospel Awards, a 2014 DMV Christian Music Award, a 2012 Newsome Music Award, and a 2012 Gospel Blue M.I.C. Achievement Award.
