Reverend Al Sharpton Sits Down with Oprah Winfrey for “Oprah’s Next Chapter” Sunday November 3 at 9pm ET/PT

10 25 2013 - ONC-Rev. Al SharptonCivil rights leader and television host Reverend Al Sharpton will sit down with Oprah Winfrey for an in-depth interview on “Oprah’s Next Chapter,” Sunday, November 17 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on OWN: Oprah Winfrey Network.

In their revealing conversation Rev Al talks about race in America, his changing role as a civil rights activist, and what drives him to stand up for causes he believes in.  He also opens up about the moment that changed the course of his life, his dramatic weight loss and his new book, “The Rejected Stone,” out now.

Later in the show, Rev. Sharpton’s daughters Ashley and Dominique join the conversation in their first interview together to share their perspective on how their father has shaped their lives and their plans for the future.
