Gospel legends, Donnie McClurkin and Tramaine Hawkins, will be honored this year during the annual Day of Praise and Inspiration at the Essence Festival in New Orleans on July 7, 2013.The two singers will have their iconic careers celebrated for their incomparable contributions to the Gospel Music industry.The free event will feature performances from Yolanda Adams, Isaac Carree, Kim Burrell, Kurt Carr, Michelle Williams, Tyronne Foster and The Arc Singers, Bishop Lester Love and Bishop Noel Jones. It all takes place at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center and New York News Anchor Cheryl Wills is scheduled to host.
