With a tracklist that is a testament to DOE’s versatility and depth, “Breathe,” is a song that encourages the importance of pausing and finding strength in moments of self-reflection; “So Glad We Met”, a powerful anthem meant to encourage and empower and uplift those who may be struggling with the idea of giving up, while “God Is In Control” delivers a powerful message of faith and surrender. The EP also includes the soulful and introspective “Show Me,” the spiritually charged “Holy Hands,” and the upbeat “Lead Us Again.” Note To Self is a unique blend of soul, gospel, worship and contemporary music that shines through in each track.
