Mary Mary Being Sued by Former Manager Mitchell Solarek for Breach of Contract

mary-mary-24_400x295_80Tina & Erica Campbell of Mary Mary are currently facing legal action from former Manager Mitchell Solarek of Maximum Artist Group. Solarek states that he secured Mary Mary deals amounting to $3 million dollars, but was terminated as their manager and also had commissions worth $75,000 withheld.

TMZ.com reports that Solarek is suing due to Breach of Contract and is requesting full amount in damages and loss of potential commissions.

Federal court documents in Tennessee which was obtained by TMZ states that a deal was signed with the group in 2011 that would have Mitchell Solarek serve as their manager. Solarek later states he reignited their musical career, obtaining over $3 million in various deals, one of which includes their reality show “Mary Mary” on WE tv.

Lawsuit is requesting a judge rule in his favor that back commissions be paid and loss of potential commissions on future projects including endorsements, sponsorship’s, etc.

    WOW! Didn’t know Mary Mary had terminated Mitchell. I pray this dispute can be settled in a Godly way.
