Kirk Franklin’s 20 Years In One Night Tour REVIEW

kirkfranklintour

Last Night In Atlanta, Kirk Franklin came into town with his Twenty Years In One Night World Tour.  It’s only one word to describe Kirk Franklins “20 Years in one night”, AMAZING!!!!! From the opening song till the last one, a packed out venue stayed on their feet, singing at the top of their lungs, dancing like no one was watching, and that was just off the first half!!!!

It was amazing to watch and hear how 20 Years of timeless hits impacted each and every person differently and yet we all felt a sense of solidarity. Kirk Franklin single created a space for black, brown, yellow, white, and red human beings from Buckhead to Bankhead to become one big family.

As if his songs and his testimonies behind the songs weren’t enough, his guest appearances were out of this world, between the incomparable Tasha Cobbs,Bishop Marvin Sapp, and Bishop William Murphy the crowd went completely crazy. We left the experience with a new, stronger sense of pride in myself, and in gospel music. Do yourself a favor and go and be a part of the experience, thank me later!
