Keith Williams Snags Four 2014 Rhythm of Gospel Award Nominations

KeithwiliamsAlbumIn addition to watching his debut album ‘Tone For Worship’ soar to a #8 debut on Billboard’s Top Gospel Albums chart last month, singer/songwriter Keith Williams continues to garner industry recognition for the critically acclaimed effort – the latest in the form of four 2014 Rhythm of Gospel Awards nominations.

With nods listed in the areas of “Artist of the Year”, “Praise & Worship CD of the Year”, “Product Packaging of the Year”, and “Contemporary CD of the Year”, Williams and his inaugural effort help lead an assembly of some of gospel’s most celebrated acts.

The Rhythm of Gospel Awards, ranked the Largest Independent Gospel Award Show (and 3rd overall) in the nation, will see its online voting system open to voters November 1, 2013 to March 1, 2014 and the winners announced aboard the July 2014 ceremony.

Keith Williams is a celebrated gospel singer, songwriter, and producer whose musical gifts have seen him touted as one of the genre’s most anticipated “newcomers”. No stranger to the industry at large, Williams has seen his name listed aboard credits for the works of music legends Aretha Franklin, Patti Labelle, Bebe & Cece Winans, and many more.

Also enlisted to craft some of gospel’s top recent hits including Earnest Pugh’s ‘I Need Your Glory’ and ‘Rain On Us’, Williams serves as director of A&R for Pugh’s ‘EPM Music Group’ and launched his top 10 debut album ‘Tone For Worship’ from that very imprint.
