This coming week the network will host Musical Soul Food Live, a two-day event featuring live music, comedy, celebrity meet-and-greets, food vendors and appearances by air personalities such as Liz Black and Tracy Morgan. Everything kicks off Friday, November 13th @ 7 PM with a ticketed concert hosted by Grammy Award winner Dorinda Clark Cole. On Saturday, November 14th @ 2-8 PM there will be a Pure-N-Heart Teen Music & Ministry Workshop geared towards teens. The event aims to expose youth to authentic musical ministry principles and tap into their musical abilities. Participants will receive free food, T-shirts, Bibles, etc. At 5 PM Musical Soul Food’s Comedy Jam and New Artist Showcase kicks off with appearances by Cletus Kassady and the Laugh Therapist, Vernard Hines; Coko & Cory; #ThoseBaxters; AllSaints Radio Crew, Dottie Peoples and a special appearance by the Stellar Award nominated group Pure-N-Heart.
