IAM Music Company Signs Distribution Agreement With Leading Industry Distributor

IAM Music Company, LLC, a Maryland independent inspirational and gospel music recording company owned and operated by Derrick and Lamar Pearson, has signed a new national distribution deal with Navarre Distribution Services, Inc. Navarre Distribution is a full label services and Distribution Company, providing commercial, radio promotion, marketing, synch branding licensing and digital marketing services. A leader in the distribution industry since 1983, Navarre Distribution supports the largest retailers in the U.S. and Canada with consumer electronics and software products from some of the world’s most recognized brands. As of 2014, Navarre operates as a subsidiary of WYNIT Distribution, LLC, a leading national distributor of products from the top global brands in the consumer electronics, photo and video, wide format printing, security, outdoor and emerging technology industries.

IAM Music Company is the label home for gospel artists Derrick ‘Doc’ Pearson, Al Johnson and Derrick Pearson & New Covenant. IAM Music Company’s previous music projects have received numerous awards and accolades including: Three Top 10 Billboard Gospel Album Chart positions, seven Rhythm of Gospel Award Nominations, the 2016 Akademia Best Contemporary Christian/ Gospel Song Award, six Independent Radio Alliance Award nominations, an EnSound Music Award and more.
