Gospel Singer and Pastor, Lisa Page Brooks, Set to Launch Conference in July

RFCI--WomensCON-1Velvety alto Lisa Page Brooks is not only back on the scene with an acclaimed new CD but the church she co-pastors Restoration Fellowship Church International is hosting the “Restored Women Sharing: Wisdom For The Journey” conference that takes place July 19-21st at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel in the Detroit area. “The conference is an annual event designed to give life, hope and strength to all who attend,” she says.  “There is greatness in all of us and the conference helps the attendees tap into their God-given greatness.”

The plenary speakers include Pastor Lisa C. brooks and her husband, Bishop Michael A. Brooks, pastor of Restoration Fellowship Church International. Guest psalmists include noted praise and worship artist Tonya Baker from Dayton, OH and Sharon Ann Willingham from Milwaukee, WI. The life-changing conference comes on the heels of the release of Brooks’ brilliant new album – “Ready” (Habakkuk Music) – her first CD in four years. It debuted at #19 on Billboard’s Top Gospel Albums chart and gifted Brooks with her highest solo chart debut yet. The thirteen-song set features her best-selling finger-snapper “God Thing” and the soul-stirring ballad “Better Than Life” – Brook’s first ever composition.
