For the last 35 years, Dr. Bobby Jones has spent his Sunday mornings rejoicing with millions of gospel lovers around the globe who tune in to BET’s “Bobby Jones Gospel,” the longest running program in cable TV history. Jones has also released a dozen or so albums and hosted syndicated radio programs like his weekly “Bobby Jones Countdown.” Jones formed the New Life Singers in 1975. He later expanded the group’s membership and changed its name to NSC (Nashville Super Choir).
