DarkChild Gospel Signs Last Call + Single “Victory” Earns #1 Spot on Billboard Gospel National Airplay Chart

Fred “Uncle Freddie” Jerkins III, President of DarkChild Gospel, announces the signing of gospel music’s current rising stars, Last Call, to its roster. Fresh from the 2019 Stellar Gospel Music Awards, where the duo presented on the annual pre-show and performed at various music showcases, the Bermuda based best friends of Last Call, Adrian Jones and Tricay Astwood, continue to celebrate the success of their smash hit radio single, “Victory,” which currently sits at #1 on the Billboard Gospel National Airplay Chart.

“Last Call has the entire world declaring victory over their lives and I’m honored to sign them to the DarkChild Gospel family,” says Fred “Uncle Freddie” Jerkins III.
The single “Victory” was lifted from Freddie Jerkins’ cancer awareness project, “A Project of Healing. The album, “A Project of Healing,” encompasses fourteen songs of faith, hope and victory to help those who have been impacted by the disease Cancer. Additionally, the project features songs for those dealing with the loss of a loved one to Cancer. “A Project of Healing” is available on all major digital music retailers now and also features collaborations with Bishop Paul S. Morton, Lowell Pye, Darlene McCoy, Alexis Spight, Jonathan Nelson, Juanita Francis, Darwin Hobbs, Y’anna Crawley, Joann Rosario-Condrey, Preashea Hilliard, Trin-I-Tee 5:7 and Damita. In alliance with Jerkins’ heart for new artists, the album also showcases new artists Joel Andrus and Rozina.
