Carl Brister Performing at the Blue Mic Awards in Chesapeake, Virginia

No days off should be Carl Brister’s motto, with an increasing schedule for the next few weeks as his calendar begins to fill. Starting off, Carl Brister will be performing at the Blue Mic Awards during the 3rd Annual Independent Gospel Artists Alliance Conference that will run July 19-21, 2012 in Chesapeake, VA. Geared to educate Independent Gospel Artists on the business of gospel music, to motivate Independent Gospel Artists to make smart business decisions as owners and stakeholders, and to inspire Independent Gospel Artists to be successful in both business and ministry.

On July 22nd Carl Brister will be ministering at Elevation Celebration for Bishop Carlton C. McCloud at 4pm in Chesapeake, VA. The following Sunday, July 29th at 8 am Carl Brister will be preaching at Broad Rock Baptist Church in Richmond, VA. and will be serving as a guest psalmist during their 11 am worship service.

Contributing to the excitement of his Virginia Tour Carl Brister has made it to the Final round of LifeZone Television’s summer competition “In the Mix” talent search. All finalists will be in attendance at the Grand Finale on LifeZone Television on July 21. The vocal and rap finalist performers will perform their original song at the Grand Finale at 6 pm EST.

Carl Brister who seems to be a crowd favorite will enter the final round and compete for the grand prize of a demo produced by NYC’s JahRock’n Productions, a feature story on FNFLIVE.com, a feature story and interview in NEWD Magazine and Radio, a photo shoot by Zion Images, promo video by Life Zone TV, and a performance feature at a major New York concert.
