Branden Anderson, member of Stellar Award Nominated, Chart Topping group, Gi, mourns the loss, and celebrates the life of his grandmother, Deaconess Kisiah S. Carter.

Many people across the world have been recently keeping up with Branden and his grandmother, Kisiah, as she was working to complete
her debut EP. During that time, Deaconess Kisiah inspired many people to never give up on their dreams, and to keep striving toward their purpose in life.

“I love my grandmother deeply. This is one of the hardest things I’ve had to endure. She had recently completed her studio sessions for her new EP, and had a ball throughout the process. Listening back to her work, it gave her a sense of pride, joy, and accomplishment. In time, we will pull it all together and share it with the world! Of course mourning is a normal and healthy process. But please don’t get it mistaken. We give God all the glory, honor, and praise for the 92 years of life, purpose, and ministry that she fulfilled. We serve an awesome God!”

The Celebration of Life service for Deaconess Kisiah S. Carter will take place on Sunday March 12, 2:00pm at Rock Spring Baptist Church located at 4314 Mansfield Rd Aylett, Virginia. All cards, flowers, and other forms of love and support can be sent to PO Box 401 Mechanicsville VA 23111.
