Bishop K.W. Brown Presents Earl Bynum and The Mount Unity Choir LIVE Receive 3 Stellar Award Nominations

There is an astounding energy of worship that resounds from a thriving Chesapeake, VA Church.  Mount Lebanon Baptist Church (The Mount) is one of Virginia’s fastest growing congregations and they have a music ministry that is anointed, talented and pristine in delivery.  Under the pastoral headship of Bishop K. W. Brown and the musical direction of Minister Earl Bynum, The Mount Unity Choir has received three 2014 Stellar Award Nominations for their Live CD/DVD release BISHOP K.W. BROWN PRESENTS EARL BYNUM AND THE MOUNT UNITY CHOIR.  Nomination categories received are: Choir of the Year, Contemporary Choir of the Year and Recorded Music Packaging of the Year.

This is The Mount’s inaugural release on their own label K.W. Brown Ministries with distribution via Habakkuk Music / INgrooves Fontana Distribution and marketing and publicity powered by The Bellamy Group.  The 13-track CD/DVD debuted onBillboard Current Top 40 Gospel Albums Chart at #8 and boasted a Top 30 Gospel Radio single “Bless The Name Of The Lord” that choirs and worship teams across the country made their “Worship Anthem of the Year”.

“I am excited to be nominated for this project which was an eight year vision for Bishop Brown,” shares Minister Earl Bynum.  “It is such an honor to be included among so many amazing talents and we appreciate the recognition from gospel music consumers and The Stellar Awards.”

Earl Bynum and The Mount Choir have become one of the most popular choirs in the country making appearances on BET’s Bobby Jones Gospel, The Word Network, TCT TV, CBN, INSP and were voted THE BEST CHURCH CHOIR at Steve Harvey’s 2013 Neighborhood Awards.  The 100 voice choir just released a new radio single “I Have No Doubt” and continues their busy schedule of weekly ministry at The Mount and tour dates throughout the U.S. and abroad.
