Via an exclusive source, uGospel.com has learned that the beloved Teena Marie will be cremated as per her wishes. Her funeral services will be kept private between family and close friends.
Teena Marie who was an acclaimed singer, musician and producer was found dead in her sleep on Sunday, December 26, 2010 at her home. According to Alia Rose, (Teena Marie’s Daughter) who just recently turned 19 said that they just enjoyed a wonderful Christmas together.
There will be a public memorial service after the first of the year. More details to come as the date and location has not been determined.
