Myron Butler & Levi Shows New Purpose With On Purpose

It was 10 years ago when Butler & Levi set the music industry on fire with their debut hit “Set Me Free,” The song garnered them worldwide recognition and the group’s first Grammy Award nomination and multiple Stellar Awards.

Proving longevity and consistency, ON PURPOSE is Myron Butler & Levi’s fourth album. Widely recognized as one of the genre’s strongest creative forces as a songwriter, worship leader, singer and producer, ON PURPOSE takes their music to new levels.

From the powerhouse first single, “Best Praise,” featuring long time Levi member Candy West and “Sunday Best” winner: Amber Bullock, to a solid soon-to-be-classic, “Best Praise,” which is perfectly suited for Sunday morning; And dynamic tracks like “Heaven’s Rain,” a duet with Jonathan Butler and “Nobody Like Our God”, there is a lot to explore on this project. Other highlights include the album’s title track, “On Purpose” with featured soloist Tamela Mann and a special spoken word from Bishop T.D. Jakes.

Butler is also adding author to his growing list of accomplishments. This year he will coincide the release of ON PURPOSE with the release of his first book, “Born Identity” which offers fans a second tool to understanding and reaching their divine purpose.

Butler will be promoting both projects this summer with appearances and performances in Memphis TN, Atlanta GA, San Diego CA, and the “National Worship Leaders Conference” in Waco, TX.
