Earnest Pugh To Release “Thank Ya” to Radio, Digital Single Coming Soon

unnamed-61EPM/P-Man Music Group is poised to saturate the airwaves this holiday season with a new single titled “Thank Ya”.

Written by Shawn Bigby and produced by Michael Bereal for B-Real Music, “Thank Ya” is set to hit radio the first week of October and is sure to quickly become a Thanksgiving anthem. “Thank Ya” is a lush ode of gratitude, with Pugh’s remarkable voice bringing life to the lyrics: “I lift my hands to praise your name/since you came in/my whole life has changed…Lord I wanna say thank you.”

Pugh says, “When the writer (Shawn Bigby) sent me this tune it instantly resonated in my heart because, not only am I a Thanksgiving baby, but there is something special about pouring your heart out to God just tell Him ‘thank you’.”

“Thank Ya”, originally recorded for Pugh’s 2011 album Earnestly Yours, is a go-to song for church choirs, especially during the holiday season.  “It is a good ole ‘Sunday morning’ choir-song that sets a wonderful atmosphere of worship in churches. I’ve ministered it myself, and I’ve seen it ministered at churches around the country.”

“Thank Ya” will also be available as a digital single. The digital single release date will be announced soon.

Pugh is currently working on new music with producer Michael Bereal. He expects to have a new album in the marketplace in the first quarter of 2017.
